Praxonomy is a cloud-based application commonly known as board portal.
A board portal is a centralised, online hub designed for the administration and management of all materials and activities relevant to Board of Directors’ meetings. Board portals streamline meeting processes, allow immediate access to up-to-date information and offer collaborative features for members of the board in a secure environment.
The end-users of a board portal are generally company secretaries, legal counsels, senior executives and the Board of Directors of organisations.
In most cases, company secretaries are delegated to be the administrators of a board portal. The board portal allows them to create meetings, compile and distribute digital board papers or packs, upload or update documents, manage portal members, workspaces and permissions on the fly.
The Board of Directors utilises the board portal to receive the meeting notifications, the digital board packs, and other related board documents. They are able to share, review, edit, and comment on these documents. Directors should be able to easily access past meeting information with their related documents. Yes. All Praxonomy clients are assigned a dedicated Client Success Manager who will be your resource throughout your entire journey with Praxonomy. The primary objective of Client Success Managers is to ensure clients are making the most out of their investment in Praxonomy.
The onboarding service kicks off with an introduction call or email to understand your specific implementation requirements. Your Client Success Manager will work with you for a progressive implementation timeline, which typically takes 1-2 weeks depending on the stakeholders’ schedule. During this time, administrators will attend training sessions and have hands-on practices. We will also help you decide the training mode for board members to ensure all users are prepared to use Praxonomy for the next meeting. Screen sharing software and conference call systems will be used in order to facilitate remote trainings and immediate assistance.
Praxonomy currently offers phone, chat and call-back support in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. Email support is available in English and Chinese (Traditional and Simplified). Onboarding services are conducted either in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
The person who initiates the purchase will be the administrator of that organisation. However, this can be reassigned in your system setup. Administrators can add/remove members to the portal, create Spaces and manage its members, and force organization-wide password resets etc. The person designated as administrator varies across organisations. They are typically company secretaries or legal counsels.

Yes, the minimum contract period is 12 months for Praxonomy subscriptions.
Yes, if you commit to a three-year contract with Praxonomy, a 10% discount is applied on the base package, as well as with the addition of users. You will be billed for each year upfront. Your annual price remains fixed throughout the three years. Contact us to learn more.
Yes, you can add more users to your subscription at any time during the contract term. Pricing will be prorated accordingly. To add users, reach out to your Account Executive or Support.
The security of your payment information is very important to us. With the exception of the last four digits of your credit card and its expiration date (required to look up transaction history or to charge for recurring transactions), we don’t have access to your full credit card number or your security/CVV code. Instead, it is collected on a secure HTTPS webpage using SSL by authorised third-party payment processors. These credit card processing vendors are all PCI-DSS Level 1 Service Providers, which is the highest grade of payment processing security.
Typical Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint documents are sized around 142kb, 50kb and 1mb respectively. According to these estimates, the included 20GB of content storage space in the Essential edition can hold approximately 1.3 million pages worth of word documents, or 400,000 spreadsheets, or 350,000 presentation slides. You can increase the storage limit at any time during your subscription for an additional fee.
